***Coronavirus Update 2023***
As a result of Covid-19 a new Booking Form was introduced for all saddle and bridle fitting appointments. This form helps me to gather all the information required prior to the fitting and also covers our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. For insurance purposes I can not book an appointment without first having a form completed.
By filling in the booking form you are not committing yourself to an appointment. Once the form is filled in, I will issue a date when I'm in the area due to the amount of forms I receive and other work commitments this can take 3-4 weeks. Link to the form can be found below.
***At present I'm working on 16+ weeks for new customers and approx. 8-10 weeks for regular existing customers*** However you may be slotted in earlier if there are any cancellations in your area. Customers awaiting delivery of new saddles, please be assured that I keep appointments available for when they arrive from the manufacturers.

Welcome to HR Saddlery's website. HR Saddlery offers a broad range of products and services for equestrian and field sport enthusiasts. Services include saddle and bridle fitting, saddle sales, bespoke bridlework and repairs to items from simple buckle to a complete refurbishment to a side saddle.
HR Saddlery is owned by Helen Reader who is a Society of Master Saddlers Master Saddler, Master Bridle Maker, Master Harness Maker, Master Saddle Fitter and a Registered Qualified Bridle Fitter with 25 years experience in the saddlery industry and over 40 years experience with horses.
Based in Carmarthen, South Wales; Helen travels north to Aberystwyth, east along the M4 corridor to Cardiff and west covering all of Pembrokeshire for saddle and bridle fitting assessments.
